March is National Nutrition Month® and the Minnesota Birth Center will be celebrating the month with weekly messages and recipes on healthful eating during pregnancy. This year’s theme is “Savor the Flavor of Eating Right”, which is a reminder to everyone to not only eat nutritious food, but to also enjoy the flavors and the environment in which you are eating. A healthy, tasty meal should not only bring pleasure to the taste buds, but also to the mind. For more information on National Nutrition Month®,, visit www.eatright.org.
